$400.00 security/damage deposit required-refunded after visit if no damage or excessive cleaning.
$250 deposit required to hold dates(non-refundable).
Final balance due 6 weeks prior to start of rental period
(refundable only if dates can be re-booked)

All rates are for the ground floor suite which is rented only when the home is not in use by our family so there is no shared accommodation.
