This vacation home is located on a quiet, mature, upscale peninsula(Victoria Point) within the City of Orillia. All amenities, entertainment, cultural & sporting activities are available just minutes away in historic Orillia. Great location for walking, jogging, strolling or cycling amongst mature trees & fresh lakeside breezes.

Large 2 bedroom ground floor suite with lakeside walkout patio is available for rent when the home is not being used by our family. The master bedroom has a beautiful knotty pine queen size bedroom suite along with tv & Bose stereo system. The 2nd bedroom contains a single & a double bed. Recently renovated granite & tile bathroom. Full utilities included along with 3 cable tvs, dvd/blueray players, central A/C, central dehumidifier, natural gas furnace & natural gas fireplace ensure a comfortable stay. Hi speed internet access is available.

Access to landscaped grounds, shoreline & dock is entirely private with no shared accommodation during time periods offered for rent. Rentals are offered to one family only per rental period.
